A celebration of the people and ideas of the University of Chicago, the David Rubenstein Forum is designed to fulfill
the need for a university-wide resource in which to convene meetings, conferences, and discussions for UChicago
faculty and staff and guests from the University’s global community of partners and friends. The Forum is consistent
with the best of UChicago, celebrating the power of ideas and bringing together great minds from across disciplines.
The David Rubenstein Forum joins the South Side community as its newest architectural marvel, centrally located on the University of Chicago campus.
The Forum features over 36,000 square feet of exceptional meeting space; a wide range of audiences to learn, collaborate, and convene.
Our ergonomic designs, advanced AV technology, and hybrid meeting packages denote examples of the expansive list of services we provide clients.
The Forum’s event space boasts commanding views of the UChicago campus and surrounding neighborhoods and is as appropriate for a conference as it is the season’s most talked-about event. The space can accommodate intimate seated dinners and large standing cocktail receptions, offering a unique venue to hold private events.
The David Rubenstein Forum does not have guestrooms. However, our team has developed key partnerships with local hotels and can source room blocks for our clients.
The David Rubenstein Forum is conveniently located in the heart of Woodlawn/Hyde Park neighborhoods, where clients can immerse themselves in the surrounding activities and natural scenery.
